I rated this business at a 1 star. If there was a zero star rating I would give it. The women answering the phones are rude and non-cooperative. They do not have an answering machine so when you call it rings for 3 minutes and you end up just hanging up and calling again to be put on hold. I called this office 7 times this week because they kept having to put my insurance in the system over and over again. I talked to two different women at the office and there was no communication between the two women. I had to retell the information multiple times as well as ask the same questions with no answer. In the end I told the office that I would be taking my business elsewhere and canceling the appointment. I am very dissatisfied with this office after I had been going there for 4 years.

The service I received at the vision center has outdone any vision place I have been to. I have been to over 4 in the past 3 years and each has screwed up my prescription. The staff managed to completely answer all of my questions and complete my prescription without any problems. I highly recommend them.

‎ I am going to make my 5th trip to Howell's Walmart Vision Center today. I hope that they will finally have gotten my son's prescription correct. Between forgetting to take the correct measurement for a bi-focal lens and deciding to change to the prescription his ophthalmologist wrote, I am astonished. What if an MD wrote a prescription for pills and the pharmacist decided she knew more than the MD and changed the prescription? Unreal. They gave me 10% off, but it in no way makes up for their lack of standards and common sense.‎
