If you like nice landscape that is kept up by professional landscape workers, this is not for you. Where I live, in the back apartments by parking lot, the weeds are everywhere. I mean, initially, someone did a nice job putting in bushes, trees, perennials, etc. Now I hear they can't afford to hire someone to maintain the grounds, but in the front as you drive down Town Commons Road, the grounds are meticullously cared for. Out my front door I see 18 inch high weeds across the parking lot.
