General Info

We used to drag out of bed in the morning and keep ourselves going on caffeine and take-out. Not good, I know. But 46 years ago, we decided that we were tired of being tired. We wanted more energy, better nutritionWe wanted to feel better. We were introduced to Shaklee nutrition starting with the foundation of a Vita Lea multivitamin and a protein supplement. We gave ourselves 30 days and by the end of that timewe DID feel better. We were able to give more of ourselves to the things that were important to us --- our family, our hobbies, our church and community commitments. We were able to show up as our best selfs. Now we are helping others find their own nutrition plan.
