Thanks for taking such good care of my care repairs again and I am thrilled that you were able to complete the job for less than what you originally thought it would take. Nice to have found an honest auto repair shop.
After moving to Plymouth I got my oil changed and a free inspection locally. When I received the estimate I was shocked. I drove back to Roy's in Howell because I knew I could trust him. Turns out, I didn't need all those repairs and what I did need was much less expensive at Roy's. Roy always gives me a heads up on what will needs to be done in the future. I like that, I can plan ahead. Their new shop is state of the art. The job was done in a timely manner and the staff was polite and professional. I didn't mind bringing a folding chair and book and sitting under a tree in the yard at the old shop, but a beautiful waiting room with a large screen TV, free wi-fi, fresh coffee and cappuccino was not too bad either!
