Always great service with Elite Insurance. Hard working staff that does their best job to meet your needs.
Matt is a good friend of mine and a standup business person. During our talks about his business, he's really opened my eyes to what's important when buying insurance. Being an independent agency, he told me that they're able to shop around with many carriers to get the best price for clients, but that's not the main point. He said that a lot of people simply buy insurance to "feel covered," but unless you sit down with someone who does a thorough review of your assets and various concerns, there's no way to even know that you're properly covered. I guess the difference shows when you actually need to use the policy. I plan to go with Elite for my health insurance in the coming year, as I consider Matt to be an honest business person. The biggest thing is that I'd rather talk to them when making a claim and let them handle the details than call the insurance provider myself. I guess it depends on why you're buying insurance in the first place.
