I consider myself a pastrami connoisseur. I've eaten pastrami all over the United States and obviously New York is the best. I've had pastrami all over, from the 2nd Ave deli to the Carnegie, to the Stage Deli ( now closed) to Katz's to Sarge's etc. I can honestly say that Sapienza's pastrami is better than all of the above mentioned. The pastrami is moist, not dry, not fatty at all. Sapienza's is truly the Pastrami King but not only for Queens but for all of New York. Danny's friend Joe
