Having bought 3 cars here over the past 20 years I had come to trust this company. So when I bought a used Volvo there last week, I expected that it was in good condition. Within an hour of picking up the car, I discovered the fan switch would not control the fan. I called in right away. I was told that even though they knew it did work they were not legally bound to disclose it. and that I bought it and I owned it. After talking to several people about the problem they agreed to cut the $1000.00 repair in half. I have learned a valuable lesson. If you buy a used car at Houston Volvo, you will need to get an independent mechanics evaluation.
