Dr. Freemu Varghese has been practicing Internal Medicine and Nephrology since.… He is board certified in Nephrology and fellowship-trained in Critical Care Medicine. He practices Internal Medicine and Interventional Nephrology and is particularly interested in Diagnostic Nephrology and hypertension. He is the Chief Executive Officer and president of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology of Houston and the Chair of Nephrology at Diagnostic Clinic of Houston. He serves in the committee of Harris County Medical Society Board and as a delegate for Texas Medical Association. He serves on the payment committee for the RPA. Dr. Varghese is a person with compassion and associated with Skilled Wound Care based in Los Angeles and takes care of multiple patients in the Houston and surrounding areas. Dr. Varghese also has experience as a clinical instructor at Baylor College of Medicine. His research interests pertain to pharmacological therapies. The overarching goal of his research is to provide cutting-edge care for people who suffer from chronic kidney disease.
