Interventional Psychiatry is an emerging field of Psychiatry that utilizes procedural-based treatments to alleviate mental distress, often when traditional pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic treatments have failed. Patient Care is provided through inpatient and outpatient consultations and treatment for: • Treatment-resistant depression • Catatonia • Treatment-resistant mania • Treatment-resistant schizophrenia • Treatment-resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder • Unspecific treatment-resistant behaviors/symptoms
