They won't bill insurance, they want you to pay them directly and you are stuck billing your insurance. . They won't give you your stone analysis report, even though you pay for it. You have to get it from your doctor. Seems like a second rate outfit since most labs bill your insurance and you pay the difference if any and will give you your lab analysis as well as send it to your doctor.
