In Imperial Ridge, our outgoing mail is never picked up. The outgoing mail is so full we can not place any more mail in the box. I have two letters that was placed in the box on 9/3/2013 and those letters are still missing. This happens a lot. We always receive other residents mail and we have to take it to them. Others receive my mail and this has been going on a long time. I have a pending complaint that someone need to look into, I have written letters and hand delivered to the post office.
