I did business with this company for only 1 week with holidays included and they charged me for a month of service of which they provided none. They were waiting for "google to release the account to commence work" Please be aware of doing business with this company
Hello Kishma, We were contracted to optimize your Google My Business page which we refer to as Local SEO to organically grow your ranking in the maps section of the search engine result page. Our Local SEO Team uploaded and coded 8 interior and exterior photos, made post to your page to promote your spa specials, requested Google to change the street view of your location, and responded to Shante Sonnier’s review and others, and answered your phone calls and text after hours. As a courtesy we had our search engine marketing analysis investigate creating a pay per click campaign to help generate leads (calls, emails, or form fills) for your business. Since your prior billing was not cleared with Google before working with our agency, Google blocked your account with us to prevent you from circumventing their system. You did not provide us with a budget, so we couldn’t run your campaign Your agreement with us was signed on December 12, 2017. We waived our set-up fees and gave you a deep discount on our rate. When requested we terminated your contract without the required 30-day notification or charging an early termination fee on January 8, 2018. You were not charged beyond your initial month of services. We hope you are able to find the marketing plan that is right for you and wish you the best of luck in furthering your business.
