Our neighborhood has enjoyed exceptional service from Tommy Miles for over ten years. Sadly, the Miles family and the family that is Tommy Miles Garbage Service suffered the loss of Mrs. Miles on August 18th and Mr. Miles has been hospitalized the majority of the past serveral weeks. Sometimes it doesn't just rain, it pours and at the same time, 5 of their 6 trucks required repairs to be operable. Those repairs are now complete and are running at 100%. This family and this company have my respect because during the service disruption, they had another company come in to pick up - it may have been a few days late but they made sure that customers were taken care of eventhough they were dealing with tremendous challenges. We stand behind you Tommy Miles Garbage Service.

Trash has not been picked up since Aug 30 which was supposed to have been Aug 29. The two weeks prior to this they were always a day late. A worker said they had a broken truck and that was the delay. It his now Sept 8 2014 and 2 pickups have been missed. No one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. I paid for service already for the entire year of 2014 and I have smelly trash at the street with maggots. Of course I will have to take additional trash somewhere else if they do not come by tomorrow. Really, Tommy, answer your phone or change the message so your clients know what to expect. Never had a problem before this. What is going on?

Trash has not been picked up for the last 3 scheduled days in my neighborhood. There has been No info or explanation as to why from Tommy Miles.
