Excellent service, they made extra trips for parts as necessary to repair my ovens by Christmas. I can't thank you enough.
Great, honest service! Luckily I found him after the first guy came out to fix our LG washing machine and after two days, replacing 3 parts did not fix a thing. Michael and Tim came to the house, late in the evening because they promised they would, and fixed it without replacing any parts. Also gave great recommendations on websites to help check part prices, etc. We will use TNG everytime!

"Micheal with TNG Appliance Repair was great. He worked on my commercial ice maker. He was there everytime I called and had problems with it. He charged me the intial service charge and after that he did not charge a service charge since then. He made sure that the problem was fixed. "After moving in to our urban town home we found most of our appliances in need of repair or replacement. Finding Michael Nelson to work on our washer was a stroke of good luck! Not much later he rescued our ice maker and then the dryer, which had inadequate venting and was on the verge of a dryer fire. Before our first year was out he had also worked on our dishwasher, installed a water filter system, and repaired some plumbing issues. From the start, Michael has come through with expertise and great service. He takes pride in doing the job properly, and lets you know what to expect before the repair is made. "It was 10pm Friday night. We were preparing for a big BarBQue Saturday noon. I noticed water leaking from the bottom front corner of my freezer door. I peaked in the freezer ice maker lid and saw the condenser fan not spinning. I panicked. I called Michael Nelson of TNG Appliance Repair. He rushed over arriving within 30 minutes. Excellent same day service. He were very professional and educational. He took the time to explain the problem with my refrigerator and the options for its repair. I highly recommend TNG Appliance Repair.
The service was AWSOME he was not my first choice but given my time crunch I chose him. I do not regret it, he is prompt and professional and charges decent for same day/hrs repairs.
