Our staff knows every client by name because we take your fitness personally. Established in 1996 by Owner and General Manager Dean Theriot, Timberline creates the ideal fitness experience for every individual we serve. We are fitness professionals, not body builders. Whether your goal is to shape your body, increase endurance, improve in your favorite sport or just be as healthy and functional as possible, we will design the program that is perfect for you, no matter your age or fitness level. This includes navigating prior injuries, physical limitations or specific health concerns. You can purchase a studio membership to make Timberline your personal gym, or take advantage of our top-rated personal training and fitness classes. You do not have to be a member of our gym to use our services, and you can take advantage of package pricing for the services you love the most!
