- Level 1This level builds upon the foundation set in the Beginner's Series by adding new postures and alignment cues to your class experience. We will move with the breath at a comfortable pace as we expand our awareness and practice in standing, seated, forward and gentle back bending poses.
- Level 2Our level 2 class is to continue learning more about the practice of yoga. Be prepared to have fun with your practice, to learn more postures and weave them into a vinyasa with surya namaskar. In this class we request that you are comfortable with surya namaskar, L-pose at the wall with straight arms and pincha arms as well.
- Special Gentle Yoga ProgramThis Special Program combines gentle body movements, breathing and relaxation techniques that create physical and mental well-being. A slow and soothing tempo to invite an experience of strength and rejuvenation to students of all shapes and sizes. Wonderful for those who want to increase their mobility and balance, expecially after injury or surgery. Perfect for students with pre-existing health conditions and those who are 65 years or older. Please note that this is a special program and not part of our regular classes. Registration for this class is not available online. You can register in person when you come to class.
- Kids YogaYoga classes are designed to nurture your child's unique being by increasing awareness of body, mind, and heart. Your child will learn sun salutations, postures, calming meditations, and breath work to ease a busy mind and access the heart in today's busy world. Lessons will be geared toward promoting a sense of community through movement, enhancing listening and focus, and exercising your child's amazing sense of creativity through play!
- Level 1 & 2This level will fit those taking level 1 and/or level 2 classes. A mix of asanas and variations will be offered. Come and practice at your level.
