So I will start with my first problem, I gathered together this care package for my brother who is a United States Marine. I went to my local UPS store to send him a couple of items that he needed this was back in January. So I gave them the address to his base. I have sent him several packages before with no issues for some reason when I sent it through this store they stated that they had to send it back to me because the address was incorrect. To really test out if it was incorrect I sent him another package through fed ex and it arrived there on the estimated date with no problems. My second issue is that when I went back to pick up my package the store manager stated he threw away my care package. They did not even bother to contact me either that the package was damaged before throwing it away. I asked the store manager to start a damage claim since he threw it away and HE DID NOT DO IT! I called customer service to verify if any claim had been entered and they stated they did not have anything so I had to enter it over the phone and they would contact me in 5 business days . That was back in feb it is now 3/16/2015 and every time I call UPS customer service they state that they are waiting on an update from the UPS store and when I go to the UPS store they tell me that they are waiting on the corporate office for the papaer work and I keep getting the run around! The reason I even bother is because my family gathered items for my brother because he misses home and there were items in the package that I cant get back now because they are in the trash. WORST SERVICE EVER! I am switching to FED-EX ONLY FROM NOW ON! I suggest everyone stay away from this store
