Hello, fist of all excusse me for my grammar and spelling mistakes.

I couldn't wait anymore to start to write this review, after my interview today...

Ms. Richards is the nicest person I have ever seen, in the law world. After my first appointment, I made my decision to hire Ms. Richards. She was honest and upfront from the first appointment. The fees didn't change, even she went extra mile to help me more than she promised. Well she didn't promise me any immigration status, she just promised to help me get my paperwork together and show up to the interview with me to protect my rights and explain to me if I need help. She believed in me because she knew that I was right from the beginning. Because of some fake folks, most of the immigrant gets judged or has to go thru the process! She helped me to contact with some sources to get my paperwork together, she always informed me about everything on time. She even helped me to fix some grammar mistakes in the forms/letters. Beside of all of those she helped me to be strong in this hard time. At the end of the the 3rd counseling session, I was still missing some paperwork and photos since I had only about 2 weeks or less time to the interview date when I hired Ms. Richards. Even so she was still patience with me and called me at the end of the day and the next (this) morning to reminds me about the missing paperwork. Anyways we talked to meet at the uscis office 30 mins before the interview time. I was there little earlier than that and Ms. Richards was there before than agreed time. We walked to uscis office, picked our seats and waited for my interview. While we waited for the uscis officer to call me, it was more than 1 hour passed. Meanwhile we had really cool conversations. She wasn't just a lawyer there for me, she was also good person with positive energy and attitude. My name was called and we walked to interview room. She just reminded me again to give the paperworks to the officer and just watched everything goes in its flow. While the interview Ms. Richards made couple comments about the paperworks and explained me one of the question I didn't understand. Because that's all I needed, rest of it was my job. Of course I had to tell my story, of course I had to answer the questions about my case and explain the evidences I brought with me since it's my job to do all this. Everything went smooth and my case was approved. I'm really thankful to Ms. Richards for everything and I would recommend her to everyone 110%
