Brokerage listings number well in excess of 200 properties with an aggregate value in excess of $150 million. Betz Realty Investors acquires, develops and redevelops properties. This division maintains development, leasing and asset management oversight of a growing portfolio of retail, industrial, medical and professional, and hotel properties. Betz Equity Partners seeks strategic alliances and organizes third-party partnerships on income producing properties. The goal of this division is to match The Betz Companies' significant capability and expertise in providing capital for real estate developments with third party developers in particular niche markets.
