His name was Bill Powell or William Powell. Not even sure if he gave me his right name either way his customer service is horrible.

I spoke to a guy by the name of William C. he was really rude. His customer service skills were poor. I tried to ask for a supervisor, but he insisted there was none. I have never been treated this way by any bank representative before. I will never do business with this bank because of him.
