Same thing happened to me. Ordered June 7, 2015they processed my Visa 6/8 and now its June 25, never heard from them again. I sent emails, faxes and tried to call but their voicemail box is always full. Bunch of crooks. Have to dispute the charge with Visa to get my money back.

Horrible don't use we waited 11 days for a part that we never got. Called the number and e mailed every day with no response. Had to file fraud to get my money back. It shouldn't take 11 days for a part that was in stock to ship from Houston to conroe tx.
