Its products are flood zone determinations, automated valuation models and full appraisals, warranted valuations, credit reports, electronic mortgage document solutions, lien releases, post closing/investor delivery, document recording and retrieval, assignments, pool certification assistance, loan sale assistance, national online real estate information, interactive satellite and aerial photography, real property tax information, school reports, multiple listing service data, title and escrow services and centralized funding. Formed in 1994, Stewart Lender Services provides a range of services and technology to assist lenders throughout the entire life cycle of the loan process.
