I've had 3 Companies come out to give me quotes on replacement on a Furnace, Evap coil, and Condensor. My main concern at first was that I get the lowest quote as possible because I'm a retired senior. So Ive done my own research through family and friends, including the internet. Sterling Mechanical was the last company to come to my house. The technician sat me down and explained to me the work that was to be done. He spent time answering my questions. As for the other 2 Companies just gave me a quote and were quickly talking. I don't like to be pressured to buy anything. I changed my mind on saving the most and went for the company that was really going to take care of me in the long run. Sterling Mechanical, I love you guys so much and defiantly going to refer you guys to my neighbors. I like that I feel comfortable in my house and how much I spent.
