I have never had any renovations done to my home before, but Iron wood Connection walked me through the whole process. From start to finish, they were right there helping me choose the right balusters and installing everything perfectly. At the end of the day, I have a beautiful staircase that I couldn't be happier with.
Good products, and they were very easy to work with. I had a really large order, so the shipping for my material was a little expensive. I ended up having to pick it up at their warehouse. Overall, the service was good and the material I ordered was just what I was looking for.
I've always had really good experiences ordering with Ironwood. I usually call to order products. The reps are very helpful, and unless I'm placing a really large order they almost always have what I need in stock.

I have been doing business with Ironwood Connection for the past few years. I used to buy my material online, but the shipping costs were always the same price as the actual order. Ironwood has the best products, low prices, and will call pick up.
Ironwood recently quoted us on some material for our new staircase. They were really professional, and quoted us very fairly.
They visited my home at the beginning of the month, and quoted me for a staircase remodel for traditional wooden balusters. I initially wanted to go with walnut, but one of the install guys suggested Brazilian cherry. They actually ended up saving us a lot of money, and the wood looks incredible.

At first I wasn't really sure what I wanted done with my stairs, but they helped me through it. Overall, the material took a few extra days to ship, but it looks amazing.
I'm really surprised by the other reviews. I'm not sure why my experience was so different, but I really have nothing negative to say. I called around to a few home builders in the area, and they suggested Iron Wood. I had them come out to my property and quote some custom iron I wanted done on my front gate. I have a fairly good knowledge of construction, and the guy sounded like he really knew what he was doing. A few days later I hired them to do the job, and I am so pleased with how it turned out.
I agree with Scott M. We had them come out to our house to give an estimate and my husband (who is very handy, his dad was a wood shop teacher) said the guy sounded like he didn't know a thing about remodeling stairs. He couldn't answer most of our questions and left without offering a solution or attempting to get our business. Very odd encounter, and those reviews all do seem fake. Look at the names. First name, two more letters, and a number. Everyone of them. Not to mention the wording of the reviews is strange.
All the reviews below are fake. (Read them and judge yourself.) I would be leary of dealing with them. It took 2 phone calls and an e-mail before someone contacted me to set up an estimate. A guy did come out to check out what we wanted done. After six days I hadn't received an estimate yet and followed up with an e-mail asking for one. Now another four days have passed and nothing. Between my experience and the fake reviews, this company doesn't appear to be a reputable one.
