Provided by YP.comI've been to this shop three times now (recommended to me by a friend) with questions and to purchase different parts for my first AR build. The staff there was polite and friendly, very helpful and willing the answer all my questions.

Provided by YP.comWas very surprised by the lack of knowledge displayed by employees. Was in for a simple refund and was told only the owner could process a refund. While waiting 35 minutes for owner to show-up, was talking to an employee while waiting. Telling him about one of my revolvers I am proud of. It was in my car and I ask if he would like me to bring it in so he could see it. This “Jerk off” intentionally disrespected me. In response to my offer to let him see my revolver, he said “No, I don’t think I want to.” With the general lack of knowledge and poor customer service skills displayed, this is the kind of place I wouldn’t be comfortable spending more than $20 at. It’s a real shame because the owner seemed to be a pretty nice guy. He needs to clean house before his employees run off all of his business.

Provided by YP.comI was at Spectre Firearms looking at a scope and red dot setup that all together was almost $1000 but didn't have much time to do the necessary research. So I asked the owner if I bought the scope and didn't like it what the return policy was? He then stated that as long as it was not mounted that I could return it no problem. When I got home I found that there was a few thing that I didn't like about that model. The next morning I went to the store to ask if he could exchange it for a different model but he did not have that one in stock. When I asked to return it he mentioned that there would be a restocking fee. I told him that I asked him about returns the night before and he never mentioned any fees. He said that it was on the receipt. Of course I questioned him, "so I wouldn't have known until after the purchase?" His comment to me was " thats right, and thats what it is, do you want to do it or not?" The only other option that he offered me was not to return it and to leave the scope with him and that "IF" he got another one in then I could exchange it, of course he had no idea how long that would be and I would be out almost $1000 and no scope. During my discussions with him I continued to tell him that I didn't agree with the fee and that I thought it was a very shady business practice. I told him that I have been giving him a lot of business lately and if thats the way he does business then I would never come there again. I also told him I have many friends that are gun owners and I would be spreading the word about how he does business. He told me that was fine and that he didnt care what I thought!!!

Provided by YP.comThis quiet little shop has a staff that are both knowledgeable and helpful. A nice assortment of FN, Sig, and Stag to name a few. Prices equal to or better than those found at the High Caliber Gun Show. Then there is that little added extra touch -- a bonus with your purchase. It might be a box of ammo thrown in for your new rifle, or a knife or a cap. They make you want to be a repeat customer.
