Horrible! I've been a Good Customer of this store fore some time now. I was use to fair treatment in the past, but my resent experience has left me hurt and insulted. Whenever I'm about to make a large purchase I, I clear it with my husband first. He is retired Military who contracts in Iraq. I was stunned by a multi diamond band that they had on consignment. I took photos of it and sent it to my Husband.he approved of this purchase so I went to pick it up.i trusted these people since I made made many purchases in the past. I paid for the ring and then after careful examination, it was obvious that this was not the ring that was being held for me. I told them that I would compare the ring to the photos.the girl that rang up the ring was nervous and confessed that she purchased the ring! She tried to convince me that the 1 that was switched was a very good ring! I'm posting this comment to warning that they are self serving and conniving and care little about their established customers

Great jewelry store. Fine costumer service. Opened the doors after closing on Valentines day so I could pick up a ring. Will continue to shop here and purchase. Thank you
