Service at the 10 star level. Thanks to all of the staff at Royal for making our visit one to always be remembered. Another shop in Houston didn't even want to acknowledge that we were alive once we told them that we only wanted to look around. The other shop we stopped off at was so grumpy that they scared my son.... it seemed to fit the old guy with the wierd glasses on his head! While most businesses in America have forgotten the customer, Royal stands out as #1 in service. My son and I will be back, and recommend their shop to everyone.
