  G. Dean Soape is an attorney and a CPA who has been in practice over 40 years. He holds two Board Certifications by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in taxation and in probate and estate planning. He received his law license from the State of Texas in 1959. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification from the State of Texas in 1956. Mr. Soape is a member of the State Bar of the State of Texas, the Panola County Bar Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He is licensed to practice law in all of the state courts in Texas, the Federal District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, and the U.S. Federal Tax Court.

  Mr. G. Dean Soape, Jr. was born in Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County, Texas, graduated from Carthage High School, received a Certificate of Graduation from Panola Junior College, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He attends seminars and studies the current changes in the Federal Income Tax Law. He has two children, Jessica Soape, and G. Dean Soape, III and is a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
