Highly disappointed in this location. The store is very disorganized which makes me want to get in and out quickly. In addition, the customer service is below average. I asked a question to a worker who simply said she doesn't know and only the cashiers know that information. Also, I called to ask if they had a curtain back in stock.... I was on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me to call around to different stores because they don't have it and are not sure what their shipments contain. I was told they just get orders and have no clue what is being shipped to their stores! I would rather drive to the one in Katy than to shop here again.

I love Ross they always have good deals when I go there and the prices are great!! My only complaint is the bathrooms...they looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks!! The smell was horrible. I reported it but I dont think there was much done. They seemed to have some more vendors they are working with now. I got there when a new shipment had arrived and there were lots of great bargains.
