1-Revention salesman was exactly that...a good salesman who told us anything we wanted to hear to make the sale (most was false). 2-Paid for # hours of installation & training but they spent most of training time on phone bc they dont really know what theyre doing. 3-Paid them to set up OUR info in the system so we could just start using it asap but it was just copied from another store. I had to spend hours setting it up right-even after we paid them to do it. 4-Can not customize all reports or coupons that we need, as sold on. 5-Lots of issues like not always calculating correctly, credit cards not being in batch, etc. 6-The manual is worthless so you have to call & pay for help. 7-Payments are supposed to be deducted from your bank but werent so I reported it. Then, they double charged me. 8- Paid to have mapping included but when reported it isnt accurate they told me I had to contact that company directly! 9-Service is horrible. They dont care if your issue is resolved or not.
