Office personnel never answer the phones..the box at the front gate is broken and needs to be fixed.. gates onto the property are useless.. just another way to charge more.. and dog owners are inconsiderate when needing to pick up dogs droppings.. many times my kids have been playing outside and fell or stepped in a big pile.. pool is locked during winter where the barbecue pits are located.. we are not allowed to have our own pits on the patio but don't have access to the one for us to use..we have been here for over 2 years and it is not the same as when we first moved in.. the maintenance crew is the best thing about this complex.. can't wait to move once our lease is up.

I have lived in quite a few apartments over the years. I have not yet been dissapointed since I first started to live here. The most impressive trait that this complex has is their maintenance staff. Out of any apartment complex I have ever lived, the staff here is second to none. They are presentable, clean, uniformed and friendly. They respond in a timely fasion to any problems that arise and generally fix problems the same day. If you are looking for a decent apartment near the energy corridor part of I-10, I highly recommend this complex.
