This place is AWESOME I will recommend everyone I know to come here. The customer service is A1 and they have great deals. I would give them 10 STARS but the app only allow 5!!!!!!!!

They are the slowest. Went to just check air and it took 2 1/2 hours

This was my first time going to rent a tire to get some new wheels and the customer service is very helpful and poised to get you into whatever wheels you desiree. Kat was very helpful and understanding. Her and the crew will get you going in no time. The wait was not all that long also but go in expecting a good hour. The crew wwill take their time to make sure everything fits into place and is to your satisfaction. Pssh give em a visit you won't be denied.

the service at that location from the manager to the guys performing the service on your vehicle measures on a scale that leaves any of there competitors at a far distant with no chance of catching up toothy go out of there way with new and returning customers to make sure they met that customers needs and demands without unnecessary high pressure sales tactics or false claims. If by chance the collection department has to contact you, you will be treated with the utmost respect .One person in that department who really stands out name is Thomas.....Thomas has a way of reminding you of a due payment that will inspire you to stop whatever you're doing and come in and make a payment. Everyone doesn't posses that ability but Thomas does.There are not enough stars here to rate him.Rent-A -Tire picked a winner when they took him on as a employee.Writing this review is intended give credit to the employees who deserve it and to recommend customers in need of good service.
