Quality Electric Steel Castings was formed in 1948 as a privately held corporation. Over the years, it has grown from 35 tons per month capacity to 1,000 tons per month capacity. It is a supplier for makers of machinery, pumps, pipelines and construction equipment. It serves the oil, military and petrochemical industries. Its capabilities range from 10 to 17,000 pound castings. The Quality Electric Steel Castings plant covers 26 acres and has approximately 250,000 square feet under roof. Its mission is to manufacture steel casting to customer s exact specifications, meeting industry standards with dependable service. The company is a member of the Steel Founders Society of America. It is located in Houston.
