This company billed my insurance company for RENTAL on a cpap machine they SOLD me. I paid a very high fee initially and expected to get a partial refund from my insurance company when it paid the balance due. Instead I was out over $500.00 while this company billed my insurance monthly for RENTAL on a unit I had PURCHASED. It too a visit to their office after months of calls and faxes to my insurance company to get them to stop the monthly rental bills. I never got any explanation nor any apology. I cannot recommend them.
