      The service in the garage is excellent. The clerk at the front asked where I was going and directed me to an aisle, with a bus right behind me.



      They HAVE to do something about Greens Road, though. My car can't take many more visits to this garage.

      I paid in advance for valet service. After I was picked up at the airport, the driver dropped me off at my vehicle since the valet personnel was not around & did not have it ready.



      I walked back & forth to the booth, to my vehicle, to the office, back to my vehicle. No Valet service attendant on site.



      My keys were apparently locked in a cabinet inside the office but no one had a key to the cabinet. I'm not sure why someone would take the key to the cabinet home?



      What's the point of a valet service if you end up walking back & forth anyway, no valet person on site and you cannot even get your keys to get in your vehicle & leave.



      Employees ended up using a pair of scissors to open the cabinet so I could get my keys & leave!



      What an absolute nightmare. Worst parking experience ever - will never use your service again.
