I dropped my package off at this location to be delivered by USPS and it was lost. On top of that, I had to pay to drop off my package (the package was ready to go, I had already paid for the shipping, I was only dropping it off). I've been back and forth with USPS and keep being directed to contact Postal-N-More because they "should have record of the package". Nope! They have no record of it, USPS has no record, and my package is lost in thin air. I'm running a business and I'm so disappointed by this situation. I can either keep waiting for the package to show up, or I can take the loss and make another product and pay again for the shipping. This is outrageous and I'm infuriated by it.
