We have been buying products from Parks Equipment for over 2.5 decades. We have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. However, during the past few months, changes were made in the company, and we have not been treated the same professionallly. Accounts receivable has become very aggressive and as long time customers, we feel we are entitled to a little more courtesy than what has been shown. We are now comparing prices on every job, as we have seen prices rise. Of course this is true in all aspects of construction. We will just shop competitely from now on. Evidently, loyalty means very little, even decades of loyalty. Even going as far as back dating an invoice, and charging additional charges never charged before, such as fuel and raw materials surcharges not in our original quote. You have just lost a loyal customer. Change is inevitable, and if nothing changes, nothing changes.
