Selection is awsome so much to choose from but the service is where its at, Ive left stores due to bad service even if the product is good. They made me feel welcomed and I didnt leave without a doubt in my mind of what i was getting.Five stars all around.

WOW, what a great experience! I Purchased a dining set and the sales rep ,Graciela, was able to match another stores price, great customer service! This is the best place to go to for a great shopping experience. However, if your bargaining for the cheapest price, and you don't get your way obviously your going to be un satisfied...

My boyfriend and I went to buy outlr furniture from there for our new home spend 5k. The delivery date was set on a Friday they said they would deliver after 2 between 3-4! That was find with me, but 4 came around and they was still not here the lady on the phone name Blanca was very rude she said our time was not written in stone that they had things to the there that we were basically not priority! We were the only delivery schedule and that they will show up when get done that she doesn’t have to tell a time because they doesn’t know. That we asked for a discount so I have no right to complain which was not true the Asian guy offered a delivery discount but that’s not the point she could of handle the situation in a totally different attitude.Very unorganized. She was not professional trash customer service. I will never spend money there ever again and I will tell my friends not to ever go there.

Hard to locate the place.

Made cash purchase and was told would call in couple days for delivery. After calling 5 times and broken promises went back to store to request refund. Was told NO REFUND! After 1 month and 1 week NO REFUND and NO MERCHANDISE! BBB gives this sore "F" rating!
