OTHON is a Minority Business Enterprise certified by the state of Texas, the city of Houston, the North Texas Regional Certification Agency and the Texas Department of Transportation. The firm's professional staff of more than 80 includes registered professional civil engineers, resident engineers, registered environmental professionals and technical support staff. OTHON maintains its corporate headquarters in Houston. The company also has branch operations in Dallas and Austin, Texas, and Miami.
