Oak Leaf provides residential property management services for more than 5000 multifamily units in Houston, San Antonio and Tucson, AZ. Oak Leaf also provides commercial property management and leasing services for approximately 1 million SF of commercial office space. Additionally, Oak Leaf provides brokerage services for our clients, including due diligence analysis ( for the acquisition or disposition of multifamily or commercial projects ) and a full range of financial reporting and accounting services for a variety of real estate companies. For more than 30 years, Oak Leaf has served a client base including financial institutions, private equity groups and individuals as well as foreign investors.
