We are very pleased with the service. The crew was on time, worked hard and cleaned up each day. They were happy to answer questions about the process, and the owner followed up with a project inspection at the end of the job.

Good Price, Great Roof, Great Personal Service I got 4 bids on a full tear-off new asphalt shingled roof for my house. These guys were not the lowest price but had the best warranty, had a great selection of shingles and really inspired my confidence compared to the other 3 companies (who were all top named roofers in the area). I found New Image roofing through friend recommendations. The owner was fast, on time, efficient and really made me feel he knew what he was doing and that the company would deliver quality work which they did. My roof looks great and the clean up was perfect. Mark, the owner was always reachable by phone for all my questions before and during the installation. He even stopped by 2 times during the installations to check on his crews and the work as it was being completed.

New Image Roofing replaced over 10 roofs on my street due to a hail storm last fall and after my insurance denied my hail claim I called them to see if they could help. The owner called my insurance company and talked them into coming out to look at it again. When the adjuster arrived "Mark" from New Image Roofing was there to meet him. This time they agreed to replace my roof. New Image Roofing completed my roof the next week and they did a great job including the clean up. I know most of the people on my block that they replaced the roof and I have heard nothing but good things about this company.

New Image Roofing was by far, the best choice of a contractor we could have made. We realized months after Hurricane Ike, that our roof was badly damaged and in need of replacement. Mark and Jason did an inspection of the roof to determine it had experienced major wind damage from the storm. They both made certain to be at our home when the adjuster was out to inspect the roof to ensure the insurance company was made aware the severe condition of the roof. Mark does what he says. New Image Roofing just finished our complex reroofing due to IKE. There were a few setbacks due to weather and material shortage but Mark kept us informed. I wish every contractor was like this. We will use them for all our roofing needs in the future.

They did a great job. The workers were always on time and cleaned up very well. The owner checked the job when they were done. I would recommend everyone use this company. I'm thankful i did not go with the lowest estimate as that company did my neighbors house and they have had nothing but trouble.

Mark gives very personal service and I felt like his only customer. He was running late for a meeting with us and called to let us know he was going to be 15 min. late. Other roofers I called were hours late with no call or a complete no show. A++++ service. I will use again for other projects in the futurei.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

It was a pleasure working with the owner, Mark...very professional and pragmatic. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone facing roof issues.

I had an excellent experience with New Image Roofing & Construction. My roof was damaged by Ike. Mark Dickerson the owner came and looked at my roof. He gave me a written estimate,the only roofing company to show any real knowledge and professionalism when giving me an estimate to replace my roof after the hurricane. My roof was put on within a week Mark and his crew were courteous and helpfull. I would recommend them to people looking to replace their roof. They did a great job!Bea G
