I arrived 20 minutes late due to rain and flooding problems. I tried to call five times and was disconnected five times! As I arrived in the parking lot, I got a call from the salon informing me that Kelli would not be able to provide the service I had scheduled because I was late. I was not pleased with this especially since the last time I had an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes. Prior to that, an appointment with Kelli was cancelled at the last minute. So, I decided enough was enough, and I politely told them that I could not use the minimal "halo" service being offered and would like a copy of my hair color formula. I asked if it would be possible to get the formula, and was told yes. When I arrived at the salon, I was met by the owner who rudely informed me that I could not have the formula. If Nature's Way is going to demand such punctuality even in dire weather conditions, then they need to provide services as scheduled when scheduled.
