This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They are difficult to reach. They never return calls. All they do is complain about everything and then fine you for not weeding your flowerbeds in the rain. I see them do very little for our subdivision. It took them years to finally get security but if we need them, we don't have a number to call except 911. Monthly board meetings are not announced to home owners. We get a letter to vote in new members at the annual meeting but that's the only notice of meetings. 1 a year. The only things we are notified about are the things we need to fix. If you try to call and inquire about something that they need to do, you are ignored.
