The sales associates are nice friendly and really try to work with first time buyers. My husband and I are 22 and don't have much credit, but they were very helpful and even gave us advice on how to earn credit the best way. On the other hand the "manager" at the repair shop is a nightmare. She does not have the slightest clue about what costumer service is. She is rude and immature I have to get a couple of things for the car like a door handle cover and floormats...tiny details and I hope that is the last time I EVER deal with her. She should learn from her staff and acknowledge that without people like me buying cars she has no job.
