Mexican Restaurants has approximately 80 company-operated restaurants, 20 franchise restaurants and one licensed restaurant. The company operates six different concepts, including Casa Ole, Crazy Jose s, Monterey s Tex Mex Caf , Monterey s Little Mexico, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen and La Senorita. All of its concepts serve Mexican food in a clean family environment. Menu offerings include chile con queso, chipotle shrimp, enchiladas, soups, salads and fajita platters. While the majority of its restaurants are located in Texas, the company also operates facilities in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Michigan. Mexican Restaurants corporate office is located in Houston.
