Provided by YPmobileAwesome staff and atmosphere! James did a great job in keeping me calm and during my cleaning. I will definitely recommend Memorial Park Dental. I like to thank my coworker Geri Thibodeaux Flenoy for a great referral!

Provided by YP.comI am very satisfied with my experiences here. They are professional and welcoming and I appreciate the clear quotes and recommendations they give for follow-up services. It's weird that you see different dentists and hygenists constantly, but it's also like having a second opinion on every procedure.

Provided by YP.comI read a mixture of reviews about this dentist, mostly bad which in turn made me nervous for my appointment. I showed up and was greeted by Gigi at the front desk, she was so friendly and made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. I filled out my paperwork, and I was called in right away. Just to inform everyone, I HATE going to the dentist but I needed a cleaning and one of my teeth was keeping me in pain. I was given a tour of the office and the hygienist took her time and explained everything to me as we went along. She was thorough and super nice which also made me feel less nervous. The doctor came in afterwards and checked on my teeth. She then explained the issue about the tooth I was concerned about and gave me possible routes we could take. She made sure to answer every question I had and not once did I feel rushed in this office. For the first time I had a great experience at the dentist office and I look forward to going back.
Also, all of the old reviews I read about were not true. I read you be able to see the person getting worked on in the next room...not true. I was in my own space so they must have fixed that or someone was overexxagerating. They also spoke of the massage seating in the waiting room and how the high prices were covering all of that. Well, there were no massage chairs but the seating was comfortable and the decor was modern and classy. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and I only paid $6.00. I'm sure the outrageous prices are because of the different types of insurance people have.
Personally, I have gone to one other dentist down here (I've lived here for a little over a year and half) and it was a mediocre place that had me feeling like I needed another round of cleaning because they rushed me out the door and barely looked at my teeth. If I have to pay a little extra for a nice place with great people and great service then I have no problem with that.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I as well as my 88 year old mother have gone to
Memorial Park Dental-Spa for more that 5 years and have had very professional services at every visit. I used their Invisalign program and was so happy with the results! Staff is friendly and open to questions. Run, don't walk to Memorial Park Dental, Dr. Thomas has been rated as one of the top dentists in Houston; and her staff follows her example.

Provided by YP.comDr. Thomas' office is very nice- large waiting room with cookies, personal massage machines on each chair, etc. But beware, because you will be paying for each and every one of these items tenfold. I went there, and was excited, since her ads made the office out to be a high end dental office. Actually, its a high end spa. I happen to be an MD and they offered me a intraoral antibiotics for $150. I write the same antibiotic everyday for my practice for $4. I ended up spending $500- all of unecessary things. I didn't have cavities treated and they didn't even clean all my teeth. They charged me $200 for an "intense cleaning" on two teeth. I consider it my personal mission to stop people from going there. I have a friend that I work with, and she was going there. I told her my story and now she goes to my new dentist, who is a real healthcare professional- not a joker with a spa.
