Is there an opportunity to give zero stars? If there were, I would. I showed up for my 1:00 appt today with Grace only to be told my appt was at 2:00. While I was sure my appt was at 1:00, I cooled my heels at the Pei Wei next door for an hour. When I returned at 2:00, which I had been told was my appt time, I was then told, "When you came in at 1:00, you told me your name was Debra." WHAT? HUH? My name is definitely not Debra. Why in the world would I say my name is Debra? Apparently, someone named Debra had a 2:00 appt with Grace. When I asked, "So where does this leave me?" I was basically told, in so many words, "SOL." I will never return to this ME location. So frustrated. :-(

When I called to set up my appointment for Sunday afternoon 8-31-08, the girl on the phone was insisting that I be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so it would not cut into my hour. I showed up 20 minutes early and after waiting appx 35 minutes no one had showed up to take me in the back for a massage. When i approached the desk to find out what the issue was the girls were frustrated with me that i was inquiring about the delay. She responded that it was not their responsiblity to tell the therapist about their appointments. I asked her to just cancel the appointment. I had been there 45 minutes at this point with no resolution. The 3 girls went into the office and the solution they had come up with collectively to appease me was to NOT charge me for the cancellation fee. Thanks a bunch Massage Envy!
