After 25 days of back and forth I can finally say that I have NEVER received worse customer service than I have at Massage Envy River Oaks . They charged my card twice in a row on May 11th and REFUSE to issue me a refund . After noticing the charge on day one I immediately emailed a screen shot if the double charges to the manager as was requested . After not hearing back , I reached out again & the area manager LIED to me and told me for 2 weeks that my refund was " in progress" In order to push it under the rug . When I asked in three occasions for documentation of my refund she once again ignored my requests . Finally I called corporate and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau , ironically enough the same manager called me a second time and asked for my bank account information which she didn't "remember" getting in the first place . Today , I printed out 3 weeks of transactions , blacked out 150 items on my account & took it into them to prove the charges as was requested . After looking at all my personal information , making several phone calls & making me wait around for 20 minutes the Area Manager told me "Massage Envy will not be issuing your refund you need to ask for a charge reversal through your bank " When I said what a huge inconvenience this situation has been jumping through hoops for 3 WEEKS and now they are refusing to give me the money they STOLE , the manager actually said " it's been an inconvenience for all of us " Really ? I didn't realize failing to do your job , stealing people's money and providing BAD customer service was an inconvenience .
