I took my backpack into this shop to have a small 1'' x 3'' piece of fabric stitched on the shoulder strap since it had a small tear. The gentleman said he would fix it and call when the repair was finished. After two weeks, I had not received a call so I stopped in the shop to see if it was finished. The charge for this minor repair was $21.60 which is a significant percentage of the original cost of the backpack. The stitching was good but the price and service was poor. I will take my business elsewhere.
