- Employment ImmigrationA: Many employment-based immigration categories require a Labor Certification from the Department of Labor before a petition can be filed with USCIS. Schedule A occupations are pre-certified by the Department of Labor; therefore, the petitioner can skip the Labor Certification process and file a petition with USCIS directly.
- Business ImmigrationMs. Brooks graduated from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. At Northwestern, she participated actively in community service, serving as Vice President of Community Affairs for the school’s chapter of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She also interned at the Civil Litigation Center of the Bluhm Legal Clinic, working with clinical faculty and staff to provide affordable legal services to clients in Chicago. Ms. Brooks is experienced in a range of business immigration matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, National Interest Waiver, and non-immigrant visas. She received her Bachelor degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and was a columnist for the award-winning Daily Texan newspaper.

- Removal DefensePrior to joining LPY Law Group, Ms. Le served as Attorney Advisor, working on deportation and removal cases, at the Houston Immigration Court, Executive Office for Immigration Review under the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the U.S. Attorney General Honors Program. During law school, Ms. Le served as a student attorney at the University of Houston Law Center's Immigration Clinic, working with clients to apply for immigration benefits and advocating for clients in removal defense and administrative and judicial appeals. As a volunteer with non-profit organizations, she has helped clients obtain permanent residency and other immigration benefits.
